		<description>the real issue here is the spotty experiences consumers are having with Blue Shirts. For me most have been average, a couple have been great and several have sucked. Until there&#039;s feedback from the consumer and accountability by Best Buy, I think you&#039;ll have a tough time solving this.</description>
