It&#039;s not as sexy as ideating and producing traditional brand portfolio assets, but in terms of the human calculus of &quot;which brand will get my money?&quot; it may be the single most meaningful investment brands can make in their dialogue with customers.

Listened to your podcast with Franciose Gossieaux. Interesting transition your going through at Best Buy. What is the Brand? Its the experirence both digitally and in your case pohysically. I think you have a very interesting challenge in that brand experience is multidimensional.

I liked your thoughts on the future and in my views a brand will be measured on the quality of its engagement and experience going foreward. How I&#039;m not sure but I know I spend more time trying to figure out how my engagement is going across all my brand touch points and what the quality of that engagement is.
